All of our services, which range from website design, development, and branding to social media management, content creation, SEO, digital marketing, and strategic consulting, are delivered precisely according to your agreed quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed quotation or invoice. Monthly services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding amounts have been received. All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Deposits paid for projects already in progress are non-refundable, and all work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable. Royal Oak Holdings reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved website, branding assets, or other deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Royal Oak Holdings reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality has been agreed upon.
